Bereshit School Siddur Ceremony

On Wednesday June 17th, the Bereshit School held a virtual ceremony for the delivery of the Siddur (prayer book) to the students of second grade.

Thanks to the school presence, the second grade students were able to receive their Siddurim from their Morot (teachers). Parents were able to share this emotional moment with their children in virtual mode, respecting current health protocols.

Chief Rabbi Isaac Sacca gave the students a message about the Siddur:
“Why do we talk to God? We turn to the Master of the World to tell Him our concerns, because He loves us and listens to us. The Siddur allows us to communicate with God and give us happiness and tranquility ”.

Finally, he blessed the students, and congratulated the parents and teachers, for their love and daily dedication in pursuit of the children’s education.
