The Delegation of Argentine Israeli Association (DAIA) held the annual dinner at the Alvear Icon Hotel in Puerto Madero. In this opportunity there was an impactful presence of government authorities, diplomats, community leaders and outstanding personalities as never before. Rabbi Isaac Sacca was also invited to this event.

Ariel Cohen Sabban, President of DAIA , who carries out a laborious and outstanding management, reaffirmed his mission to  struggle against  anti-Semitism and any other kind of discrimination.

Among the guests were the Mayor of the City of Buenos Aires, Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, the Argentine Chancellor, Jorge Faurie, the Minister of Education,  Alejandro Finocchiaro, the holder of  the Federal Public Media System, Hernán Lombardi, who stated:” Anti-Semitism is the embryo of terrorism” and the Minister of Culture of the Nation, Pablo Avelluto, who remarked: “Jewish Culture is also Argentine Culture”.

The Chief Rabbi  of the Sephardi Congregation Yosef Chehebar, the Ambassador of Israel, Ilan Sztulman, the president of the Jewish Latin-American Congress , Adrian Werthein and other important community leaders were also present.
