Last Thursday, September 17th, Rabbi Isaac Sacca participated in a Rosh Hashanah family meeting organized by Bereshit Educational Institute.
Rabbi Nisim Smechow, director of the school, led the meeting, which also had the participation of the singer Gaby Duek, who sang, among other songs, Ieled and Shmor Alenu Kemó Ieladim for the participants.
Rabbi Isaac stressed the importance of education; children are the ones who will build the future and their pure souls sustain the world. For this reason, he thanked everyone who is part of Bereshit and who have done their best to continue with all the learning in spite of the current context.
The Rabbi highlighted the importance of the name Rosh Hashanah, head of the year, which has a connotation of a promising future, of hope and joy, for which we must make a balance and reflect on our actions.
