Chief Rabbi Isaac Sacca met with Dr. Ricardo Lorenzetti, Justice of the Supreme Court of Argentina, and Eric Ebenstein, Director of Public Affairs at TikTok, to discuss the importance of fostering respect and understanding in the digital sphere.
Social media platforms have become key spaces for the exchange of ideas and opinions, yet they often turn into environments where confrontation and misinformation can thrive. In this context, TikTok is actively developing policies that encourage responsible use of the platform and strengthen democratic coexistence.
The meeting was also attended by Dr. Leo Kahan, Nicolás Sforzini —Director of Public Policy in Argentina—, and Edgar Rodríguez —Director of Policy for TikTok Latin America. The participants addressed shared concerns related to the spread of hate speech, the role of digital education, and the need to build a more respectful and pluralistic society.
The encounter took place in an atmosphere of institutional cooperation and mutual commitment to the values of dialogue, peace, and community life.
