Summer proposals of Menora Youth in different tourist spots

The mission of an organization is to guarantee that its participants are accompanied at every stage of their lives. For this reason, during breaks or vacations, Menora, the World Jewish Organization, continues offering alternatives for different ages, with new proposals to assure the continuous growth of young people.

Vacations are an opportunity for growing, strengthening ties and reflecting. Being more relaxed and disconnected from the routine allows us to find new capacities in ourselves, new challenges and knowledge.

Menora Youth has been carrying out different activities for several years in different tourist spots.

The season 2021/2022 of Menora Punta del Este began in December. There, Chief Rabbi Isaac Sacca gave lectures and visited different Menora activities, both for youth and adults.

Youth from the Study Center carried out activities in the province of Córdoba. They visited the Community and the new local youth center that is about to open, in order to support and accompany the growth of the community in the neighboring province.

A select group from the recently inaugurated Midrashá, Center for Advanced Judaic Training for Women, undertook their trip to Israel to reinforce their studies at the Nevé Yerushaláim Yeshivah in the most advanced program in Hebrew. They will have a month of advanced studies.

Youth from the Menora Leaders group traveled to Madrid as volunteers. They were convened by the local Jewish community to provide advice for the development and growth of the Jewish youth.

Coming soon, at the beginning of February, Menora will open its doors in Miramar with proposals for teenagers and university students.

“We are proud of having such noble and predisposed young people, who take advantage of their free time to continue growing and advancing,” said Rabbi Sacca.
