The leaders’ prudence and humility benefit the whole society.
There is no doubt that beyond the different ideas among managers of the Jewish Community, there is a real spirit on the part of most of them of promoting peace and wellness in the community and in the whole society.
Taking into account the uncountable tragedies suffered by the Jewish People throughout History, we have the responsibility of bringing a share of progress to humanity according to the noble and rich tradition we have, based on G’d’s values and respect for others.
I humbly make a call to all the members of the Jewish Community, especially those who have a charge in the board of the numerous institutions, to redouble our effort to act with maximum humility and decorum, with a lot of prudence and aplomb, to relate with each other with respect and harmony with the ones who have a different opinion, not to generalize, to act in a pluralist spirit, in a way that our attitude honors G’d and does not discredit Him.
Let’s act in such a way so that peace in the community reigns and we can be a collectivity-as well as other collectivities do-which contributes to the greatness and the progress of our great Argentine Nation and the improvement of humanity.
