HOW TO KEEP FRESHNESS IN THE COUPLE OVER TIME?

In the last meeting for young couples, on Monday, September,7th, Rabbi Sacca highlighted the importance of constantly seeking to improve oneself, not holding back on the goals achieved, but setting new challenges.

He related the concepts to the Perasha of the week, Ki tabó: when you come to earth, take possession of it and prosper. The real challenge begins when one comes to earth, gets married, forms a couple. The couple must set new goals to strengthen the bond.

The Rabbi pointed out the need to constantly reinvent oneself. He explained that monotony is not positive, you must have a spirit of constant improvement in the couple, on a human, social, community level, doing good, loving each other more, being a better person with each other. He stressed the fact of never losing enthusiasm when things are achieved in life, and not lamenting about the shortcomings, but taking advantage of them to strengthen ourselves.

Finally, he recommended being creative in our relationship: trying new outings, meals, clothes, conversation topics, projects. Everything new is stimulating. We always have to feel that we still have something to do.
