This Monday, the Delegation of Argentine Israeli Associations (DAIA) chaired by Dr. Jorge Knoblovits held its Annual Meeting at the Four Seasons Hotel, located in downtown Buenos Aires. The focus was the condemnation of Hamas terrorism, the demand of the safe return of those who were kidnapped and the support to the State of Israel in its defense against terrorism.
Chief Rabbi Isaac Sacca was invited to light a candle in memory of Israel’s victims and offer a prayer for peace.
“When we pray we don’t only request things from God but we are inspired by God to act. In this case we are inspired by God to strengthen the spirit in the face of barbarism, to seek and achieve peace and coexistence” Sacca highlighted.
The country’s most prominent political and institutional leaders, community leaders and diplomats were present.
